Patricia E. Meeker
BURTON – Patricia E. Meeker, 63, of Burton, formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio, entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2017. She was born on Nov. 19, 1953.
Patty looked forward to meeting Jesus and reuniting with those who have gone before her. She had such a big heart and charismatic personality. Patty was drawn to strangers and never met one that didn’t become a friend.
She will be greatly missed by her sister, Julia (Joe) Wengerd, of Middlefield; brother James (Kathleen) Meeker, of Colerain, Ohio; nieces, Teri, Debbie, Jackie, Mary Ellen; nephews, Michael, Jim Jr.; dearest friend, Jeri Williams, of Painesville; and many friends.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Julia (Flack) Meeker; brother Adam; and several beloved friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 at First Presbyterian Church, 410 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. Inurnment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
